We're hiring a Social Media Manager to work across two brands in our group: Druids Golf and Opportunaty, with occasional involvement on Druids Padel.
Druids Golf is a Scottish premium golf apparel and equipment brand based in Edinburgh, shipping to customers across the UK, US, Europe, Australia and Canada (@druids).
Opportunaty is a selective offshore fishing charter operation running across the Seychelles, Mauritius, Mozambique and Cape Verde — premium, restrained, and built for experienced anglers (https://www.opportunaty.com/, @opportunaty_offshore).
Two distinct brands, two distinct tones, both premium and considered. This is a full-time, fully remote role working UK hours.
What you'll be doing
Owning day to day social media management for Druids and Opportunaty across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. Building and executing content calendars for each brand in line with their distinct tones. Working closely with our videographers, producers and editing team to brief, plan and publish content. Writing captions and copy that match each brand's voice. Using AI tools to generate, enhance and ideate visual content where it fits the brand — AI generated stills, video assets, mockups, b roll concepts and supporting creative. Managing community engagement, DMs, comments and inbound enquiries. Tracking performance, identifying what works, and feeding insights back into the content plan. Occasionally supporting Druids Padel social channels when needed.
What we're looking for
3+ years of social media management experience for a brand with a similar tone — premium DTC, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, sport fishing, sports/outdoor or luxury apparel. You understand how restraint and quality outperform volume. Hands on experience with AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Kling, Veo, Flux, ComfyUI, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs or similar) and a strong eye for what makes AI generated content actually look premium rather than cheap. Strong instinct for short form vertical content, hooks, captions and what makes content land on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Excellent English copywriting with a feel for tone and brand voice. Comfortable briefing creators, videographers and editors. Confident with analytics and using data to shape the calendar. Bonus points for experience with golf, fishing, boating, travel or premium apparel brands.
The details
Full-time, fully remote. Working hours 9am to 5pm UK time. Salary is market competitive, starting from PKR 150,000 per month. You'll work closely with the brand and creative team across the group.
