Role Overview
We are Seeking a Social Media Generalist to be a key moderator for social media platforms community, Caption writing across platforms and assets, Finding collaboration opportunities across platforms and brands and Ensuring scheduling is accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate communities, across brands, across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok or other (Pages and groups).
- Respond to price quotations and inquiries in a professional timely manner.
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, comments, complaints and results.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team.
- Monitor all market and competitors’ information and news to anticipate potential issues.
- Publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Find artists on social media platforms to feature and work with.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Multi tasker.
