About Us
The Grind Training Center is one of Oklahoma’s premier indoor training facilities, dedicated to helping athletes of all ages develop their skills in a positive, high-energy environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our soccer program by adding an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Soccer Instructor.
Responsibilities
– Plan and lead private lessons, small group sessions, and clinics.
– Teach fundamental and advanced soccer skills to athletes of various ages and skill levels.
– Create a fun, engaging, and positive learning environment.
– Help athletes improve technical ability, confidence, and game IQ.
– Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
– Assist with the growth and promotion of The Grind’s soccer programs.
Qualifications
– Previous playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level preferred.
– Coaching or training experience is a plus.
– Passion for teaching and developing young athletes.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Reliable, energetic, and professional.
– Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Position Details
– This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee role.
– Instructors set their availability in coordination with The Grind’s scheduling needs.
