The Georgian Peaks Club is seeking passionate, energetic, and athlete‑focused Ski Coaches to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As one of Ontario’s premier alpine ski programs, Georgian Peaks is committed to developing strong skiers, confident athletes, and great people. Responsibilities
Deliver safe, engaging, and effective on-snow training
Develop athletes’ skiing skills, confidence, and sportsmanship
Provide individualized feedback and support athlete progression
Assist at races, camps, and club events
Foster a positive, inclusive, and team‑oriented environment
Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and program leadership
Qualifications
Passion for skiing and athlete development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
Experience in ski racing, ski instruction, coaching, or competitive sport
Preferred Qualifications
ACA, CSIA or international certifications
Previous coaching or instructional experience
