Ski/Bike/Paddlesports – Action Sports Sales, Part-Time / Full-Time

Dream job for the outdoor sports enthusiast!! Would you like to work in the premier destination for the latest gear and clothing Sportsman & Ski Haus is seeking part-time and full-time water sports, ski, bikes and equipment salespeople to join our team. Ability to demonstrate action sports equipment knowledge coupled with strong sales ability is required. Prior hard goods sales experience and involvement in biking, water sports and winter sports are preferred. Must be dependable and like working in a great environment.

• Strong sense of pride and responsibility for the maintenance of department areas
• Ensure sales floor readiness for customers to include restocking and assistance with new product arrivals to prepare for sale as needed
• Must have scheduling availability that includes some evenings, weekends and holidays to support business needs.
• Starting at $15-$16.50/ hour depending on experience and excellent benefits.

Job Description and Details:

• Adhere to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and move about on the sales floor, ascends/descends a ladder as needed to access product and assist customers. Must be able to stand for extended periods and bend, twist and reach repeatedly throughout shift and maintain a willingness to get the job at hand done.
• Part-time: 2-5 days/week 12-28 hrs/week. Full-time: 4-5 days, 38-40 hrs/week.
• Position requires schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends and holidays to support business needs.
