Job Description
We are now inviting potential candidates who are interested in developing their career in our business field to join us.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with clients and Sub-contractors for the installations and maintenance of play & sports equipment and facilities.
- Monitor the installation team and manage works progress to ensure fulfilment of required quality standards and time frame of projects.
- Responsible for preparing report, analysis and ad hoc worktasks as required
- Liaise with clients and various internal parties.
- Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned
Salary And Remuneration
- HK$28,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered.
Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering / construction management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' working experience
- Hardworking, strong problem-solving skills with customer-oriented service attitude
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese essential and Putonghua a plus)
- Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Immediately available is preferred.
