Job Purpose
- To lead the analysis and reporting of sales performance and field force activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the commercial sector, while also managing the company’s digital marketing presence.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse and report on distributor stock levels and sales performance across all channels.
- Share stock and sales reports with sales managers to support inventory and demand planning.
- Provide detailed in-market sales reports to office managers for daily performance tracking.
- Review and apply validated updates from office managers to ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Monitor and analyse field force activity through the CRM system, generating insights and reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Calculate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales incentives for the commercial sector.
- Prepare monthly reports covering in-market sales and distributor stock levels and distribute them to all relevant managers.
- Manage the company’s digital marketing activities, including publishing, monitoring, and responding across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, company website).
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of CRM-related decisions and reports across the department.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with distribution, warehouse, and commercial teams to resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 5 years in sales analysis, CRM, or commercial operations.
- Experience in sales or marketing in pharmaceutical field.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
