Flow Media is hiring a Senior Video Editor.
Company Description
We're a football-focused social media agency helping soccer academies in the US, UK, and Australia grow through high-performing social media content. We're scaling to multiple clients and need a sharp, experienced editor to lead our video production.
This is a full-time role with real creative ownership — you'll be shaping the look and feel of content seen by hundreds of thousands of people.
What you'll be doing:
• Editing high-performance Reels for football academies across the US, UK, and Australia
• Editing and producing YouTube videos (training content, recaps, modules)
• Managing and mentoring our Junior Video Editor — reviewing their work, giving feedback, and raising their output quality
• Applying motion graphics, transitions, and AI visual effects to elevate content
• Working from shot lists, scripts, and briefs provided by the team
• Delivering content on time across multiple clients simultaneously
• Maintaining consistent quality and brand standards across all edits
– Participate & Contribute in Strategic Discussions and creating content ideas

What we're looking for:
• Minimum 2–4 years of video editing experience
• Expert-level Premiere Pro — this is non-negotiable
• Solid knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
• A genuine understanding of football — you need to know what a good moment looks like
• Experience editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Ability to manage your own workload and hit deadlines consistently
– Keen sense of Content Strategy

Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with AI image and video tools (Higgsfield, Runway, etc.)
• Ability to use Claude or similar AI tools to speed up workflows
• Experience in content ideation and strategy
• Prior experience in a social media or sports content agency
