Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Recruitment Team that is a part of our Human Resources Department. We are responsible for sourcing candidates for technical and business roles and leading entire recruitment process from identifying needs and requirements to offer discussions. Reporting to Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers globally.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job intake and sourcing strategies to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using sourcing tools, networks, social platforms, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.

Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, hiring challenges, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Advise on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and candidate experience enhancement.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging experience for all candidates.
  • Communicate proactively throughout the process, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Process Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Work on recruitment-related projects such as employer branding, process optimization, or diversity hiring.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide reports or insights to leadership.

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in multinational environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple/volume requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • An independent, self-directed individual capable to work under minimum supervisory.
  • English and Polish languages on business proficiency level. German or French language would be an asset.
  • High integrity, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality
