JOB DESCRIPTION
EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and looking for Seninor Service Consultant who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible to maintain service quality and good relationship to existing students and provide end-to-end English Course consultation and experience as well.
Responsibilities
- Drive branch service team to hit their individual and branch targets for student renewals, referrals, and active attendance.
- Supervise Service Consultant team to ensure daily service standards are met and resolve student complaints effectively.
- Organize branch events and activities to keep students engaged and happy with their learning experience.
- Track team performance and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Management.
- Work closely with the Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth daily branch operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven experience leading a team or supervising team to reach business targets.
- Preferably with minimum intermediate level
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
