We're hiring: Senior Marketing Executive (Beirut, onsite)
in2 is building the platform that sports and wellness studios across the region actually want to use. Think boutique pilates, yoga, HIIT, CrossFit — the fast-growing side of fitness and wellness. We're looking for someone who can match that energy.
The role
You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing to run the day-to-day of a small but mighty marketing engine — from paid ads to organic content to the words on our website. This isn't a “manage an agency” role. You'll actually do the work.
We need someone who's genuinely good at a lot of things, not a specialist in one lane. If you get bored doing only one type of task, this is probably for you.
What you'll own
Performance & growth
• Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Own organic search performance — SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, on-page optimization
• Get us ahead of the curve on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — how brands show up in AI answers, not just search results
• Use AI tools daily to move faster: content generation, research, design assistance, workflow automation
Content & social
• Build and execute social media strategy across platforms
• Write, design, and post content that doesn't sound like everyone else's SaaS account
• Turn raw material (podcast episodes, client stories, product updates) into a steady stream of content
Design
• Comfortable in graphic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe) — you can turn an idea into a clean visual without waiting on someone else
• Support web and marketing collateral design alongside our product designer
Website
• Divi and WordPress skills to make front-end edits, fix small bugs, and ship landing pages without waiting on a developer
What we're looking for
• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally somewhere you had to wear multiple hats
• Proven experience with paid ads, SEO, and social media content — not just strategy decks, actual execution
• Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing (content, design, research, automation)
• Sharp eye for design and a sharper eye for bad copy
• Based in Beirut, ready to work on-site
