ABOUT THE ROLE
PlayAll runs 30+ multi-sport venues across 10+ cities and delivers events for 100+ corporate clients including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, PwC and EY. This is a player-coach role — roughly 70% doing, 30% leading. You run events in your own zone end-to-end, and you lead a small team that does the same across the others. You won't run out of work, because the number you own — events revenue — is never "done."
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Corporate events revenue across all zones. Execution is distributed to zone executives, but you are the accountable owner of the corporate number, working closely with the founder.
- Open events & tournament delivery in your zone (these run on Sundays) — flawless on-ground execution: vendors, set-up, draws, day-of experience.
- Corporate event leads & delivery for your zone — from first response through proposal, booking, and on-site delivery.
- Centralised corporate first-response — ensuring every corporate inbound is acknowledged within 4 working hours, regardless of which zone owns delivery.
- Leading the Community Manager — directing pickup-game activity and monitoring progress against targets.
- Leading and developing the zone Events Executives — coaching, weekly cadence, and keeping the team's corporate conversion on track.
A TYPICAL WEEK
- Weekdays: corporate client conversations, proposals, vendor coordination, planning the Sunday events, and supporting your team.
- Sundays: on-ground delivery — you're at the venue 1.5 hours before start, equipment and facility checked, vendors briefed, event run smoothly end to end.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5 years in event execution, hospitality, sports operations, or client-facing delivery — with real on-ground experience, not just desk coordination.
- Experience leading a team — you've managed and developed people, not just coordinated tasks.
- Comfortable with a week that peaks on weekends; energised by live delivery, not drained by it.
- Confident with clients — you can run a proposal conversation and help close a booking.
- A natural organiser — vendors, rosters, logistics, multiple moving parts without things slipping.
- Hindi + English, written and spoken.
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF
- You've delivered corporate offsites, tournaments, or large-format events.
- You play or follow a sport and understand the passion-driven customer.
- You've handled client-facing revenue or conversion targets before.
