About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cricket Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery of domestic and international cricket tours, sporting events, and group travel. You will ensure exceptional client service while overseeing travel operations, event logistics, and stakeholder relationships. Can be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cricket tours, events, and group travel from planning to execution.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, costings, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate logistics, accommodation, ticketing, and supplier relationships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Handle operational issues and continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Matric.
- Minimum 15 years' travel industry experience.
- Extensive experience managing sports tours, group travel, incentives, and events.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations.
- Amadeus ticketing experience with complex routings.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Tourplan experience is advantageous.
