KiPS Family Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for a coach who is passionate about gymnastics, enjoys mentoring others, and is eager to contribute to a positive gym culture.
Responsibilities
- Coach Parent & Me, Preschool, Beginner I & II Classes and support Gym Manager with Intermediate or Advanced Classes.
- Provide thoughtful input and feedback on class curriculums, lesson plans, and skill progressions.
- Support the Gym Manager in daily operations as needed.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all athletes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year coaching gymnastics.
- Strong understanding of skill development, spotting techniques, and athlete progression.
- Positive leadership style and effective communication with children, parents, and staff.
- Willingness to be a team player and take initiative.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
