We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on staying organized, and takes pride in helping a sales team succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and agency leadership.
- Coordinate retailer communication and assist with follow-up on customer requests.
- Process and track orders, spreadsheets, reports, and other sales documentation.
- Help prepare for seasonal markets, sales meetings, and retailer presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information.
- Coordinate sample requests and assist with inventory management.
- Work closely with our brand partners to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel coordination.
- Support special projects and help improve internal processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Customer service or sales support experience is preferred but not required.
