Decker Sports partners with athletic programs nationwide to deliver custom uniforms, gear, and fundraising solutions. We work directly with program leaders to build strong, long-term partnerships.
The Role
This is a full-time sales role focused on building relationships and growing athletic programs.
You will work directly with program leaders—both remotely and in person—to understand needs, build trust, and deliver solutions. Successful candidates are comfortable creating their own opportunities and proactively reaching out to athletic programs to start new conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with athletic programs
- Prospect and develop new opportunities
- Meet with programs in person (schools, tournaments, events)
- Guide the sales process from first conversation through close
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
- Represent Decker Sports with professionalism and authenticity

Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$150,000+
- Base salary + uncapped commission
