Role Description The Sales Manager – US Teams & Schools is a full-time remote role responsible for driving wholesale sales with teams and school across the United States. In this role, you will manage our existing customers and and qualify new leads. You will inherit a $500,000 book of business of professional sports teams, college bookstores, and team spirit retailers. Additionally, you will have rights to the entire US market for new customers, an incredible opporutnity.

New Business Development (60%), Account Management (30%) Systems Management (ERP and CRM, 10%)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling apparel, uniforms, or branded merchandise to schools, teams, or organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to engage coaches, athletic directors, and school decision-makers.
  • Solid prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills, including comfort using CRM tools to track activities and opportunities.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, including confident virtual selling and clear written follow-up.
  • Comfort working in a remote, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision and high ownership of results.
  • Ability to travel to Trade Shows and key account meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $85K OTE Year 1, $110K OTE Year 2 (Salary + Commissions)

Benefits: Health Plan (50% of premiums), 3% Match of IRA

PTO: Unlimited
