We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving store sales, maintaining store presentation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the cult.fit brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable sports and fitness products.
Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.
Deliver a positive and engaging in-store shopping experience.
- Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new product launches.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize store revenue.
- Product Knowledge
Maintain strong knowledge of activewear, footwear, and fitness accessories.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage confidently to customers.
- Store Presentation
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Support visual merchandising activities as per company guidelines.
- Inventory Support
Assist in stock replenishment and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
Support stock checks and inventory management processes.
- Team Collaboration
Work closely with the store team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Follow company policies, operational processes, and store standards.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
0–2 years of retail or sales experience (activewear/apparel experience preferred).
Passion for sports, fitness, and customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
