Title: Sales Development Representative

Company: Sensible Stats

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

About Sensible Stats

Sensible Stats is the AI-powered conversational intelligence layer for sports data. We transform static sports statistics into trusted, conversational, personalised experiences, embedded directly within the platforms where sports fans already spend their time. Our first product is live and in active commercial conversations with betting operators and sports platforms across Europe.

The team combines senior engineering experience from Meta, more than twenty years of commercial leadership in sports media, and a strategy background from Oliver Wyman, supported by advisors from Meta's AI organisation.

The role

We are looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative to help build and manage our B2B pipeline across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and qualifying prospective clients: betting operators, sports media platforms, and technology providers
  • Drafting and managing written outreach and follow-up communications
  • Scheduling product demonstrations and supporting their preparation
  • Maintaining the CRM and keeping the sales pipeline accurate and current
  • Supporting lead follow-up from industry events

Product demonstrations and commercial negotiations are led by the senior team; your focus is generating and organising qualified opportunities.

Depending on your capacity and interests, there is also scope to contribute beyond the core sales function: shaping website and LinkedIn content, keeping our sales materials organised and current, or taking on wider commercial responsibilities as our needs and your strengths evolve. This is a role we expect to grow with the person in it, and for the right candidate it is a chance to build genuinely broad commercial experience early on.

What we are looking for

  • A junior professional or a high-performing student; we value capability and drive over years of experience
  • Excellent written English; the majority of this role is written communication
  • A genuine interest in sports, football in particular, and curiosity about the sports technology industry
  • Organised and self-directed, comfortable owning your workload
  • Based in or near London, available to work together in person one day per week

Previous sales, customer-facing, or CRM experience is welcome but not required.

What we offer

  • Approximately 20 hours per week, with genuine flexibility around academic schedules
  • Direct collaboration with the leadership team and hands-on exposure to the full B2B sales cycle
  • A clear growth path: as the commercial team expands, this role is positioned to grow with it

How to apply

  • Please submit with a brief note telling us which sports team you follow, and one company you believe we should be speaking with, and why.
Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 800 MB.
