We’re supporting a growing organisation connected to sport and physical activity, looking to expand their commercial team.
They’re looking for someone competitive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and working towards clear outcomes.
The Role
- Manage incoming interest and guide conversations through to a decision
- Speak with clubs, groups, and organisations involved in sport across the UK
- Build opportunities through a mix of outreach and follow-up activity
- Lead structured conversations to explain how the offering works
- Manage multiple conversations at different stages
- Work alongside experienced colleagues with opportunities to progress
What they're looking for
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach
- At least 1 years experience in sales, customer-facing, or target-driven roles
- Resilient, with the ability to handle objections and stay consistent
- Comfortable explaining a service in a clear and simple way
- Former/current sports professional to join their team
