We are a fast-growing sports technology company offering innovative solutions for athletes, coaches, and sports enthusiasts. Our flagship product is a cutting-edge sports tech app designed to enhance performance and track fitness metrics. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales and Demos: Conduct on-the-ground sales by meeting potential customers (sports clubs, athletes, societies, coaches) in Bengaluru.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver live app demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of the sports tech app to potential users.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with users to understand their needs and explain how the app can solve their problems.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into app subscriptions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve the app and sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, sports academies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in field sales or direct selling (sports industry experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and ability to explain tech products to non-technical users.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with smartphones and apps, Email, Video recording, generate reports, able to quickly learn and demonstrate app features.
- Target-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for meeting sales goals.
- Physical Mobility: Willing to travel within North Delhi/South Delhi for field sales activities.
