About the Role
We are a specialty retail store with over 20 years in the market, focused on tennis and racquet sports, including padel and pickleball. We are looking for full-time and part-time Sales Associates to join our Orlando location.
This is an active, customer-facing retail position. The role involves assisting customers, learning product basics, handling transactions, and supporting daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tennis, pickleball, and padel racquets, shoes, apparel, and accessories
- Answer basic product questions and provide guidance (training provided)
- Process sales accurately at the point of sale
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable
- Support daily store operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for approximately 40 hours per week (full-time) or part-time, including weekdays, weekends, and select holidays
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required
- Interest in racquet sports is helpful but not mandatory
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required (Spanish or Portuguese)
