Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Replenish stock and ensure product availability.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports, fashion, and customer service.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
