SEL is one of Australia’s leading sports agencies and manages Rugby Australia’s hospitality program. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of Australia’s leading sports corporate Hospitality programs. The role will be based at Rugby AU HQ in Moore Park with travel as required
Responsibilities
The purpose of this role will be to assist the Hospitality Event Manager & Sales Manager in the delivery of Rugby Australia’s Hospitality Program. This role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of hospitality booking enquiries and sales via the RA bookings platform, client communications including important event day information and assisting with event operations where required.
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary. Development and delivery of engaging content for eDM campaigns (experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred) and responsibility of the marketing schedule for eDM and agreed marketing activities. Assist the Sales Manager with marketing and sales tasks as required. The successful applicant will contribute and provide market feedback to assist with the growth and development of the Rugby AU Hospitality online presence
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and/or sales role
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce is preferred)
- Ability to create engaging content for eDMs and marketing campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Must have rights to work in Australia
