Location

• Primary location will be in Nassau, Bahamas
• Travel to additional residences across the United States and abroad

Schedule

• Rotational schedule determined by the Principal
• Open to rotations such as 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or 1 week on and 1 week off
• Final structure established at the discretion of the Principal
• Primarily after school hours and weekends
• Requires a high level of adaptability as schedule and travel plans may evolve
• Travel required throughout the year

Compensation and Benefits

• Annualized compensation starting at $120,000+

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, high level golf instruction
• Focus on fundamentals, swing mechanics, course management, and long term development
• Develop and implement a customized training plan
• Support and actively engage in tennis play
• Provide academic tutoring and school support
• Assist with organization, assignments, and reinforcement of lessons
• Accompany child to lessons, practices, and activities
• Reinforce discipline, focus, and mental composure
• Serve as a consistent mentor and role model
• Create meaningful learning experiences during travel
• Collaborate seamlessly with parents and household staff
• Drive as needed

• Background in golf instruction within professional, club, academy, or competitive environments
• Experience developing junior players with a structured, results driven approach
• Strong ability to provide academic tutoring across core subjects
• Strong tennis ability

• Valid passport and comfortable with international travel
