Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored squash lessons for various skill levels
• Conduct assessments to build personalized lesson plans
• Utilize the IDEAS model for effective instruction
• Oversee equipment safety and lesson organization
• Deliver exceptional customer support and mentorship
Requirements:
• Valid NCCP Level 1 Coaching Certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in squash coaching
• Current certificate in Emergency First Aid with CPR B
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Accomplished in maintaining high instructional standards
