As a Specialty Fitness Instructor, your focus will be on conducting small group classes, ranging from private Reformer sessions to trio and duo settings. You’ll provide expert advice on safe Pilates techniques, motivate participants, and develop lasting relationships to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customized private and group Reformer Pilates sessions
• Assess participants to ensure safe and effective practices
• Collaborate with personal trainers to grow your client base
• Maintain studio hygiene and proper Reformer setups
• Adhere to safety protocols, providing first-aid when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching Pilates
• Required certification in Pilates Reformer from a reputable organization
• Mat Pilates experience preferred;
Kinesiology is a plus
• Current Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification
• Pass a Criminal Record Check before hiring
