Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Dhaka for a Revenue/Reservation Manager. The incumbent will manage room inventory and pricing strategies, oversee the reservation process, and monitor market trends to optimize room revenue. Responsibilities include training and guiding the reservations team, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth. The role requires precise forecasting, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to liaise with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reservations management and Sales with a focus on maximizing revenue opportunities
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Training team members to improve skills and service quality
- Ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and implement strategies based on findings
- Organizational and leadership skills for managing a team effectively
- Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in hotel revenue or reservations management preferred
