We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative that provides excellent customer service to join our team. We are an athletic sporting goods store and specialize in mid to high end athletic apparel, shoes and equipment. You will help and guide customers in choosing their athletic gear, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Strong communication skills with a positive and helpful attitude is our goal to ensure that customers leave our store satisfied. Any retail experience and knowledge or interest of sports is a plus. Full time position available with hours ranging from 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Must be willing to educate yourself in all kinds of athletic merchandise (includes apparel, shoes and equipment)
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Stock and assist in merchandising the store
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Assist in maintaining a clean store and detail cleaning duties
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Energetic work ethic and self motivated
- Cash register/computer
- Flexibility to work various shifts, MUST be available to work evening and weekends
- Learn inventory stocking procedures
