Duties:
Working with patients on physical therapy type programs to rehabilitate musculoskeletal conditions.
– Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
– Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and updating medical history
– Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies
– Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as needed
– Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
– Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology helpful.
– Familiarity with occupational health, acute care, muscle/ skeletal and trigger point therapy is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
