Compensation
- Base compensation within the position’s pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training

What You Will Do
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Schedule Details
- Night shift scheduling – weekend program or traditional night scheduling option
- Weekend Program requires every Sat/Sun night 19-0730 and one additional night shift per week with a holiday rotation requirement – one weekend off per quarter – additional $11 an hour weekend program and $5 an hour night shift differentials
- Traditional night shift scheduling is 23-0730 with rotating weekends and holidays – additional $5 night differential and $4 weekend rotation differential
What We Are Looking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
