We are seeking dedicated individuals for the Fall/Winter/Spring season. As an Instructor, you will focus on providing quality pickleball instruction while fostering an inclusive atmosphere. Utilize your excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills to connect with a diverse range of participants effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pickleball lessons and programs for various skill levels
• Ensure timely completion of attendance and paperwork
• Communicate with participants to resolve any issues
• Liaise with program coordinators about concerns
• Manage class preparation and time effectively
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification required
• NCCP Instructor Level 1 Certification needed
• Minimum 3.5 DUPR playing level
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Minimum two years of related experience in a club setting
