Position: Recreation Coordinator for Canadian Forces
Become a key player in enhancing the morale of Canadian Armed Forces members as a Recreation Coordinator. This role, stationed in Latvia, involves coordinating recreational programs and activities for military personnel and their families.
CFMWS is looking for a Recreation Coordinator to manage activities that support the well-being of Canada’s military in a deployed setting. You’ll engage with CAF members and partner nations while delivering impactful recreation programs and services. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent planning skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recreation programs for military personnel
• Deliver briefings about recreation policies and procedures
• Organize special events and excursions to boost morale
• Oversee volunteer coordination and scheduling
• Conduct safety briefings for participants
Requirements:
• Valid Canadian passport and driver’s license
• Experience in coordinating recreational activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to complete first aid certification
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
