Main Responsibility
To ensure the smooth daily operation, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction within all recreational facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, recreation room, and tenant activity programs.
Requirements
- Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum education: High school graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in recreation, hospitality, fitness center, sports club, academy, residential property or customer service operations (fresh graduates with part time or internship experiences are welcome to apply)
- Certified First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
- Passion for working with children and organizing recreational activities
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment operation and swimming pool safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple recreational areas and activities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under deadlines
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Available to work on a daily worker basis and able to start immediately
