Position: Reconditioning Specialist for CFMWS
Enhance the readiness of Canadian Armed Forces members as a Reconditioning Specialist with CFMWS. Deliver exercise and reconditioning services overseas while promoting health and readiness.
This civilian role involves a six-month overseas deployment assisting CAF and partner nations. You will lead tailored reconditioning programs, provide professional development, and oversee fitness training to improve physical capabilities. The position requires expertise in developing strategies for injury prevention and offering workshops for healthy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver reconditioning services to CAF members
• Lead tailored fitness programs for various needs
• Design specialized exercise protocols and services
• Provide training for local teams and partners
• Promote injury prevention through education and events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Certified Exercise Physiologist certification
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Experience in fitness counseling and program delivery
• Strong communication and leadership skills
