We are on the lookout for a passionate Reception Supervisor to join our team! As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience.
Working alongside the management team, you will lead and mentor the Reception team to provide service excellence to all of our members whether this is face to face, or through telephone queries.

Responsibilities
Act as Duty Manager.
Lead the Reception team.
Provide a premium experience to members.
Mentor team members to deliver service excellence.
Work in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience managing a customer service‑led team.
Passion for customer service.
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
