Who We Are: Our Core Values
At The Doctors of Physical Therapy, our team lives by GRACE:
- Growth – We believe in learning, feedback, and leveling up every day.
- Right vs. Easy – We do what’s right, even when it’s harder or slower.
- Accountability – We own our outcomes and support others in doing the same.
- Communication – We speak clearly, kindly, and directly — no drama.
- Experience – We strive to be the best experience our clients (and teammates) have ever had.
These aren’t just words on the wall. They shape how we show up, how we solve problems, and how we grow together.
About the Role
We’re The Doctors of Physical Therapy — one of the nation’s fastest-growing, concierge PT clinics. We help active adults and former athletes in their 30s–60s get back to doing what they love without pain — even after 3–5 failed attempts elsewhere. We’re not your average clinic. Our patients expect more, and we deliver.
Now we’re looking for a front desk rockstar to help us elevate every patient’s experience from the first call to the final visit. You’ll be the friendly face and confident voice that welcomes new clients, schedules appointments, and makes sure patients are excited to return — not just for care, but for the culture you help create.
You’ll work closely with our physical therapy team to:
- Answer and follow up with leads via phone, email, and web
- Engage new patients in meaningful 15–20 minute conversations to book them in
- Anticipate questions, overcome objections, and explain how we’re different
- Create a warm, memorable front-desk experience (names matter!)
- Organize schedules, confirm attendance, and ensure invoices are squared away
- Track lead sources, patient progress, and team updates
- Own your systems, follow checklists, and help the team grow
Who Thrives in This Role
- You love people and they love you back — not just polite, but personable
- You’re naturally organized and don’t need to be micromanaged
- You’re emotionally intelligent and can “read the room” (or voice)
- You enjoy working in a tight-knit, mission-driven team
- You believe in healthy living and lifelong learning
- You’re cool under pressure — and not afraid to talk money
What You Get
- A growth path — not a dead-end admin job
- Weekly training in communication, patient experience, and sales
- A close, connected team that celebrates wins (including staycations!)
- Competitive pay with opportunities to earn more as you grow
Please apply ONLY if you have at least 1-2 years experience in an administrative role in a customer facing environment. You must have a proven track record for providing great customer service and being able to speak confidently over the phone.
For the right candidate this is a role that will have opportunity to grow with the company, pay raises based on performance, and work in a positive work environment with a team that is focused on improving themselves and the company.
