Coyote Valley Sporting Clays is seeking an energetic candidate to provide customer service at our upscale shooting range and event facility in Morgan Hill. We are female and family friendly and welcome all applicants for this opportunity. Prior work in retail, hospitality, sports or firearms is preferred.
This position is ideal for a self motivated person who is detail oriented and enjoys fast pace and high workload. Friendly, personable and energetic qualities are highly desired. Presentable appearance and great personal skills are required. College students are welcome and we are able to work with your schedule. You must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. You must be able to obtain a California COE (able to own a firearm) to be considered.
*Availability on Saturdays AND Sundays is required.
Job Duties Include:
Greeting and engaging customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Answering questions about our facility, products, and services.
Keeping range grounds clean.
Ensure all guests are following range rules.
Instruct customers on proper and safe firearm handling.
Providing customer service, events, and reservations in the retail environment.
Compensation:
Pay $25-$30/hr depending on performance and experience. Benefits include paid vacation after one year, discounts on employee purchases and 401k. Come meet us and our team, we’re a “customer first” culture!!
The work hours for this position range from 7:30 am- 5 pm, Wed – Sun.
