Create product pages and generate content which will be key to operate the overall store and transform daily operations into a highly profitable sales engine of the company.
Master strategic campaign management to harness explosive traffic for key campaigns to spread awareness of our key products and our brand.
Craft captivating digital experiences through strategic structuring, leverage SEO insights and compelling merchandising to convert browsing shoppers into local brand advocates.
RESPONSIBILITY 1
MANAGE PRODUCT PAGES
- Register products (upload product information and images, create product pages)
- Update product information and images on product pages
- Create product page content and post on product pages
RESPONSIBILITY 2
MANAGE CAMPAIGNS
- Manage campaign schedule and information
- Create and post banners and other campaign related content
- Apply and remove campaign settings on product pages
- Create and send newsletters
- Manage social media account (create messages & other content)
- Create campaign pages
RESPONSIBILITY 3
OTHER OPERATIONAL TASKS
- Analyze data and create reports
- Improve operational tasks with AI
- Strategize product page structure
- Adjust advertisement settings
- Communicate and share information with supply team on stock related issues
- Communicate with CS team on inquiries from customers
- Communicate with Rakuten staff on inquiries and new proposals
- Execute other tasks as requested
Requirement
- Language: Japanese – Native level / English – Business Level
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience below;
(Must-Have)
- Experience in operating on proprietary/standalone e-commerce websites, Amazon store, Rakuten store, Yahoo Shopping store, etc.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience working with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience working with basic AI software (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
(Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working with social media accounts (Instagram, X, LINE, etc.) or manages multiple personal accounts and posts/shares frequently.
- Proactive in covering a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
- Proactive in learning new skills and change of methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Interested in & engages in sports and outdoor activities
- Interested in online shopping, trending products, sports brands & design
