About Lowcountry QB
Lowcountry QB is a quarterback development company serving youth and high school athletes throughout the Charleston area. We provide private and small-group quarterback training focused on mechanics, footwork, pocket movement, decision-making, leadership, and football IQ.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated football coaches and former quarterbacks to help lead training sessions at locations throughout the Lowcountry.
Position Overview
We’re seeking reliable, energetic quarterback coaches to work with athletes ranging from elementary school through high school.
This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor position that offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement as we expand into additional markets.
Compensation
- $45 per 45-minute session
- Flexible schedule
- Performance bonuses available
- Growth opportunities into Lead Coach and Market Leader roles
Most coaches will work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead private and small-group quarterback training sessions
- Teach throwing mechanics, footwork, pocket movement, and quarterback fundamentals
- Create a positive and energetic training environment
- Provide athlete feedback and development plans
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
- Represent the Lowcountry QB brand with professionalism
Qualifications
- Football playing or coaching experience required
- Quarterback playing experience required
- Experience working with youth athletes is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check
