Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections across all Suffix-managed locations, including sports facilities, Campo Marzio stores, Extreme Retail outlets, and Extreme Bike Rental booths.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines across all locations.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall facility condition to maintain high operational standards.
- Evaluate customer experience and service quality, including complaint handling and conducting periodic mystery shopper assessments.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards across facilities, retail environments, and rental operations.
- Inspect and monitor the condition, maintenance, and safety of the Extreme Bike Rental fleet and related equipment.
- Verify retail standards, including merchandising, product display, pricing accuracy, and stock organization.
- Document inspection findings and prepare regular quality and compliance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify operational gaps and collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and staff training initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and reporting tools).
- Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
