All coaching new hire paperwork must be completed prior to coaching

Qualifications:

Coaching basketball experience at the high school level.

In-depth basketball knowledge and coaching strategies.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Help promote athletic development and character growth.

Work to build a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture.

• Individuals must be a licensed ISBE educator or must pass the IESA Coaching Essentials online course
• IESA or IHSA Concussion protocol training
• All coaching paperwork must be completed prior to coaching
