JOB DUTIES:

1. Project Management & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management across the entire SDLC (initiation to closure)

• Define project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables that support client objectives

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying models (dedicated team vs. fixed bid)

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans

2. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (mainly from the US, EU, ANZ, SIN etc.)

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to report project status, resolve issues, and manage expectations

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable plans for the development team

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and business analysts

• Mentor and coach project team members; resolve conflicts and ensure high performance

• Ensure team alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices (or other methodologies as required)

4. Quality & Risk Management

• Monitor project quality and ensure all deliverables meet client standards

• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment processes are followed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in software project management

• Proven track record managing international outsourcing projects

• Strong experience in both dedicated team and project-based delivery models

• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall

• Excellent communication in English

• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, Trello, Git, etc

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a strong plus

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working with clients from Sing, US, Europe, or Australia

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Familiar with software estimation techniques (story points, man-days, function points)
