What You'll Do
- Own Projects From Start to Finish
You’ll lead content retainers, social campaigns, and creative productions from brief to delivery, making sure everything stays on track, on budget, and moving forward
- Keep Teams Aligned
You’ll work closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Account Management to coordinate people, resources, timelines, and deliverables without turning every update into a meeting that could have been a Slack message
- Build Strong Client Relationships
You’ll be a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, navigating feedback, and helping projects run smoothly
- Manage Budgets & Timelines
You’ll keep a close eye on project scope, budgets, and resourcing, balancing creative ambition with commercial reality
- Make Things Better
You’ll help improve the way we work by bringing clarity, consistency, and smart solutions to our delivery processes
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, social, production, or digital agency
- Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence using project management and collaboration tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
