Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute corporate events, Motorplex activities, motorcycle/driving schools, and specialty programs
- Serve as the on-site lead and primary point of contact during events
- Manage event logistics, scheduling, participant communication, and registrations
- Recruit, schedule, and oversee seasonal staff while maintaining a safety-first environment
- Support sponsor relationships and event activations
- Assist with social media updates, event promotion, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or program management
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and event-based schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in motorsports, karting, motorcycle programs, or track operations preferred
- Experience with event operations, recreational programming, or seasonal staff management
- Familiarity with social media, event promotion, and customer-facing programs
- Degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
