In 2025, the club evolved into Banner House at T Bar M, a private social club that blends racquet sports excellence with top-tier hospitality, wellness, and culinary experiences. The 60-acre campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including 22 hard courts, three red-clay courts, a seasonal grass court, eight pickleball courts, and five padel courts. Members also enjoy dining options, art exhibits, private event venues, and social spaces for all ages. Banner House is proudly operated by the Dallas-based hospitality group, WoodHouse.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Programming Coordinator role located in Dallas, TX. The Programming Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing racquet sports programs and events. Daily responsibilities include scheduling leagues and tournaments, coordinating member registration, communicating program details to participants, and collaborating with the hospitality and wellness teams to ensure an engaging member experience. The Programming Coordinator will also assist in marketing efforts, oversee program logistics, and support continuous program improvement.
Qualifications
- Program management and event coordination experience, preferably within sports or recreation
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with event software, scheduling tools, or related platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Experience with racquet sports or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field is preferred
Compensation range: $55,000–$65,000, with bonus.
