Position Details
- Oversees, coordinates, and manages all marketing, fan experience, digital and traditional advertising, and promotional efforts for Rutgers Athletics for assigned sports.
- Leads projects for Rutgers Football gamedays including initiatives inside the stadium and along the Rutgers Boardwalk.
- Oversees the planning and execution of the email marketing calendar, support Rutgers Athletics’ social media efforts, and manages Sir Henry’s Kid’s Club.

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in marketing, ticketing or database management in intercollegiate athletics.
- High level of written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience deploying email campaigns and a firm understanding of the system utilized.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sport Management.
- Knowledge of Paciolan Ticketing System, Email & Marketing Automations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or other graphics a plus.
- Experience with Paciolan Ticketing System, utilizing an email marketing/ marketing automation platform, use or management of a CRM.
- Lifting of boxes at times.
- Evening and weekend hours are required.
