Role Overview
Primary Function: We’re looking for a Plant Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
As a Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by successfully overseeing plant operations, achieving production targets and quality standards, developing operational strategies to improve productivity, and leading department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
· With at least 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, and 5 or more years in a leadership role
· With a strong background in Plant Operations, Production Management, and Process Improvement
· With proven leadership and people management skills
· With strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
· Willing to be based in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
Preferred Qualifications:
· A Master’s degree is an advantage
· Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Food Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
