As we strategically expand our footprint, we are seeking a passionate and driven Product Specialist to pioneer and grow our Sports Performance and Rehabilitation segment.

The Role

This is not just a sales job; it is a specialized, consultative role. You will act as the bridge between world-class sports/medical technology brands and B2B clients in Hong Kong. Your mission is to identify top-tier recovery and performance equipment, build strategic partnerships with global brands, and drive sales to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Pioneer and execute sales strategies to penetrate the sports performance and rehabilitation sectors in Hong Kong.
  • B2B Client Relationship: Identify, approach, and manage corporate clients, including rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, sports associations, universities, and professional training facilities.
  • Brand & Sourcing Management: Research, source, and build strong relationships with premium, cutting-edge equipment brands from the US, Europe, and Australia.
  • Technical Consultation: Conduct professional product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for medical professionals, coaches, and corporate buyers.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals and providing after-sales support.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Academic Background: Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related medical/sports discipline. (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the commercial sector are highly welcome).
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to speak the "language" of both medical professionals and corporate decision-makers.
  • Sales Mindset: Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken) to communicate with both local clients and overseas brand partners. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience (Preferred but not mandatory): Prior experience in B2B medical device sales, fitness equipment sales, or a clinical background looking to transition into a commercial role is highly advantageous.
