Captain Tayyar is looking for a Product Manager – Mobility & Delivery to lead the strategy, development, and growth of products that redefine how people move and receive services. You will work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience to build scalable, user-centric products.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
- Translate customer needs into impactful product features.
- Prioritize initiatives based on data, business value, and user insights.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and experimentation.
- Drive continuous innovation across Mobility & Delivery services.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building consumer mobile applications or digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in Mobility, Ride-Hailing, Delivery, Logistics, FinTech, or TravelTech is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building exceptional customer experiences.
